In 2006 Shanghai Grossa trading Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on personal care and industrial cleaning.
In 2008 Shanghai Sma-Rule Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on biological engineering and civil washing.
In 2010 Guangzhou office was established.
In 2011 Beijing office was established.
In 2012 Grossa International Group (HongKong) Co., Ltd. was established, to coordinate the company's operation and capital investment.
In 2013 to build Grossa Medical Materials (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., focusing of promotion of new material for medicine and food.
